As a Data Analyst (Trust & Safety), you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the trust and security of our platform. You'll analyze data to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other malicious activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends related to user behavior and platform security.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the safety and integrity of the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize data insights.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data security and fraud detection.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of security protocols.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes related to trust and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on security and fraud detection.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
• Certifications in data security or fraud detection are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
