As an Asset Technician at Titanicom Tech Limited, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our company's IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, servers, and networking devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT assets.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees as needed.
• Document all IT assets and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant coursework and internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Experience with IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
