As a Japanese Language Instructor at Private Advertiser, you will design and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching methods and tools, including but not limited to, the JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) curriculum, interactive whiteboards, and multimedia resources. You will also collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive language programs that align with the needs and goals of our students.

• Develop and deliver high-quality Japanese language instruction to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and tools, such as the JLPT curriculum, interactive whiteboards, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine comprehensive language programs that align with the needs and goals of our students.
• Provide personalized attention and support to students, helping them to improve their language skills and achieve their academic and career goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Japanese language teaching and incorporate them into your instruction.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to help them to improve their language skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the school's overall language program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Japanese language to students of all levels.
• Proficiency in Japanese language instruction, including the ability to teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Familiarity with the JLPT curriculum and the ability to design and deliver lessons that align with the JLPT standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver lessons effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic learning environment.
