EHS Trainer & Administrator (ToT Certified) - Immediate Hiring

China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and certified EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Trainer & Administrator to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a ToT (Trusted on the Tool) Certified professional to help us maintain and improve our EHS standards. As an EHS Trainer & Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, as well as developing and delivering effective EHS training programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular EHS inspections, audits, and assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. You will also work closely with our project teams to ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations. Additionally, you will develop and deliver customized EHS training programs for our employees, covering topics such as safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental management. With your expertise in EHS management and your ToT certification, you will help us create a safer and more sustainable work environment for our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular EHS inspections, audits, and assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver customized EHS training programs for employees, covering safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement and maintain effective EHS management systems.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related issues and concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Participate in EHS committee meetings and other relevant stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS management, training, or consulting.
• ToT (Trusted on the Tool) certification in EHS management.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using EHS management software, such as SAP, or other relevant tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
