📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Manage procurement processes, including procurement planning, tendering, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and control procurement spend to ensure it aligns with budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on logistics and supply chain.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with international trade and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
