As an Immigration Consultant in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the complex immigration processes, ensuring their smooth transition to Singapore. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support, and we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable professional to join us.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. Using your expertise in immigration laws and regulations, you will navigate clients through the application process, from initial consultation to final approval. Your daily tasks will include conducting thorough assessments, preparing and submitting applications, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and goals
• Prepare and submit immigration applications using the latest tools and software, such as the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) portal and other relevant platforms
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process
• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and provide clients with the most current information
• Assist clients with visa renewals, work permits, and other immigration-related matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor and report on client progress and outcomes to ensure compliance and success
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client information and communications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Certification in immigration law or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with immigration software and tools, such as the ICA portal and other relevant platforms
