As a Fixed Asset Management Officer at Worldwide Steel Group, Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all fixed assets, conducting regular audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to support decision-making processes related to asset acquisition, disposal, and maintenance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fixed asset management policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fixed assets using SAP Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of fixed assets to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for asset maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor asset performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to fixed asset management.
• Provide training and support to staff on fixed asset management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fixed asset management, preferably in the steel industry.
• Proficiency in SAP Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in Fixed Asset Management (CFMA) is a plus.
