📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of our organization.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Provide support to employees during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and tools.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
