Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, preferably in a Microsoft Power Platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.
