📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Manage front desk operations, including maintaining guest records and resolving any issues that arise.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.,Assist in training and mentoring new front desk staff members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information in the system.,Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with front desk software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
