📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff scheduling.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
