LAMANSUA Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide accurate product information to customers.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and card payments.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales transactions in the company's system.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the cashier area.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Experience in sales or cashier roles is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
