Salon Fajar Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the shop is maintained to a high standard.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we have a steady supply of high-quality ingredients.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have excellent English communication skills.
