As a Lead Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and driving the development of innovative tax strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize savings for clients.,Prepare and review tax returns, including individual and corporate tax filings.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of tax services into overall business strategies.,Monitor and report on tax-related risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for mitigation and exploitation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a proven track record of success.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
