📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.

Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.

Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Proven experience in leading and managing HR teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
