📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain the fleet's performance and efficiency.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the fleet operations.,Provide training and support to the fleet team.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with other business functions.,Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
