📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and presentations.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Collaborate with the training and development team to design and implement training programs.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs.,Provide support to senior instructors and contribute to the overall success of the training department.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training programs and materials.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training and development software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and requirements.,Passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
