📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Document and track technical issues, ensuring a high level of service quality.
Collaborate with higher-level IT support teams to escalate complex issues.
Conduct regular system checks and updates to maintain optimal performance.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications.
Train end-users on the proper use of IT tools and systems.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity software.
Knowledge of networking concepts and basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
