📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize ink formulations using advanced color matching tools and equipment
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards
• Provide technical support to customers, including advice on ink selection and application
• Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve our products and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the printing industry and apply this knowledge to your work
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ink formulation, color science, or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of color theory, color matching, and ink formulation principles
• Proficiency in using advanced color matching tools and equipment, such as spectrophotometers and colorimeters
• Experience with ink formulation software, such as Datacolor SpectraMagic or X-Rite Pantone
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
