📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of gateway facilities, ensuring seamless and efficient activities.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety and integrity of our facilities and operations.
• Monitor and maintain high service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain operational manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for gateway facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and operations, with a focus on gateway or port operations.
