📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the financial decision-making process by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget and financial projections.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide training and support to other departments on financial matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
