As a Deputy Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services.,Coordinate with the front office to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of guest issues.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.,Assist in managing the guest registry and maintaining accurate records.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Receptionist or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
