Space Smart Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing learning and development programs that help our employees grow and succeed. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning and development programs are integrated into the company's operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and development journey.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in an Indonesian context.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in learning and development is a plus.
