📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and managing cash
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist the barista in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Follow all health and safety protocols
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a barista or cashier is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is a must
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
