📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to quality standards,Manage and allocate resources effectively,Maintain accurate production records and reports,Address and resolve production issues promptly,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Work closely with the Production Supervisor and other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Production Management),Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision or related roles,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with production management software and tools,Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed
