New Point Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Internal Audit to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will support the Internal Audit team in conducting audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits and reviews.,Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Support the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and workpapers.,Maintain and update audit documentation and records.,Provide ad-hoc support to the Internal Audit team as needed.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
