📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Oversee the payroll process, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit administration.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
