Food Cloud Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor,Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures,Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow all safety and security protocols,Report any suspicious activity to a supervisor,Complete all required training and certifications

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or teller role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Basic computer skills,Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus,Ability to stand for long periods of time,Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds,High school diploma or equivalent required
