📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and implement documentation processes and tools to improve efficiency.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.,Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with Markdown, HTML, or other markup languages is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
