📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and processes to ensure compliance with sharia banking principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls and processes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with banking operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address risk issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in risk management and sharia banking.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sharia banking principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial software and systems.
