📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit and loss statements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
