📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of machinery and equipment.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of production processes.,Monitor machine performance and maintenance schedules.,Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.,Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets.,Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards.,Maintain accurate records of machine operation and maintenance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of operating and maintaining machinery efficiently.,Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Experience with CNC machines is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
