📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of F&B services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of F&B staff to ensure they meet the required service standards.,Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the company's standards and guest expectations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages.,Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Participate in regular staff training and development programs.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the F&B service area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing F&B services in a high-volume environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and under supervision.
