📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain ground-based telecommunication equipment including antennas, amplifiers, and satellite modems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using tools like SatSight, NMS, and other proprietary software.
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive checks to ensure equipment operates optimally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Document all maintenance activities and system configurations for future reference.
- Participate in on-call duties to respond to system outages and emergencies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new teleport systems and technologies.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations for equipment placement and optimization.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecommunication or broadcast engineering, preferably in ground-based systems.
- Familiarity with satellite communication systems and ground-based telecommunication equipment.
- Knowledge of RF (Radio Frequency) and microwave technologies.
- Experience with SatSight, NMS, or other teleport management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
