📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT issues promptly,Maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software,Installing, configuring, and updating IT systems and applications,Ensuring the security and backup of IT data and systems,Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure,Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed,Providing training and documentation to employees on IT systems and applications,Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment

Windows and Linux operating systemsNetworking concepts and protocolsIT security best practicesITIL or other IT service management frameworksTroubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBasic scripting and programming knowledge (e.g.PythonPowerShell)Familiarity with cloud services (e.g.AWSAzureGoogle Cloud)Experience with IT helpdesk software (e.g.ServiceNowJira)
