📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain industrial furnaces, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Monitor furnace operations using SCADA systems and other monitoring tools
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life
• Troubleshoot and resolve furnace-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to improve furnace performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Furnace Operator in a similar industrial setting
• Proven track record of operating and maintaining industrial furnaces
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and other monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
