You will be responsible for managing the bar’s inventory, training and mentoring your team, and implementing new beverage trends to keep our guests engaged. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Manage the bar’s inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring beverage levels.
• Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement new beverage trends and specials to keep our guests engaged.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the bar is stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or a related field.
• Proven experience in mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in first aid and food safety (e.g., SERTIFIKASI HIGIENE SANITASI DAN KEAMANAN PANGAN).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
